Tram Anh firmly believes that in a world dominated by technology, people must remain at the centre of society and organisations, and that education and training are key to helping individuals adapt and thrive within our fast paced world, in particular the rapidly developing AI world.

This motivation drove her to co-establish CFTE, an education platform supported by senior leaders from the largest institutions, startups and universities around the world – to help bridge the worlds of finance and technology, so individuals acquire the new skills of Finance 2.0.

She strongly believes in lifelong learning. She fights for diversity and is an Ambassador for EPIC Foundation, a new model of disruption in the philanthropy sector supporting children and youth globally.

Starting her career at Standard Chartered, Tram Anh was a trader and market maker on the emerging market desk in New York. She joined Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London, then moved to UBS Wealth Management, where she worked with UHNW families. She has navigated extensively between the corporate and entrepreneurial world, and understands the excitement and challenges that it brings.

She is a frequent speaker at Money2020 Europe, Money2020 Asia, AI Congress, LendIt Conference, Citi Symposium, Europlace Paris, European Women in Payment, Oxford Fintech & SmartLaw.

Of Vietnamese origin, she was born in France and lived in Paris, New York and now London. She is married with 3 wonderful daughters.
